YOUR FIRST WEEK ON US!

We offer free trials to all our new members so you can   come in and experience our classes for yourself. 

How does the free trial work?

Fill out the form on this page and we will get in touch with you to find out when you would like to begin your free trial. You will find all our class timetable listed on the "schedule" page of this website. If you have a preferred class time you would like to attend and method of contact make sure to let us know in the comments section before you submit your form.

Do I need to bring anything to my first class?

Just a towel and some water! We provide all the equipment you will need for your first week.

What if I am only just beginning my fitness journey?

We have members of all ages and fitness levels so don't worry if it has been a while since you have worked out!  We have progression exercises for every movement we practice to consistently build up your strength over time.
